This afternoon, a shooting shook the town of Cetinje, Montenegro. A gunman, identified as AM, 45, opened fire in a restaurant in the village of Bajice, killing 10 people, including two minors. According to local media reports, the attacker then left the premises and fled, losing his trail. The authorities have issued an alert to citizens, urging them not to leave their homes until the man is caught.

The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajic, expressed deep sorrow over the incident, calling the shooting ‘a terrible tragedy’. During an interview on public television, Spajic described the event as a shock for the entire community of Bajice, near Cetinje, and promised maximum efforts by law enforcement agencies to catch the shooter.
