US strikes over 75 Isis targets in Syria

On the day of the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime, the US carries out raids on Syrian territory: the targeted attacks hit Isis leaders and camps using a wide range of air assets

The United States conducted a major operation against Isis in Syria, striking more than 75 targets linked to the terrorist group. The news was confirmed by the Pentagon, which specified that the action was carried out by the US Central Command in the Middle East.

Several aircraft, including B-52s, F-15s, and A-10s, were used in the operation to strike Isis leaders, militiamen, and strategic camps. This massive attack is part of a broad strategy to reduce the operational capacity of the terrorist organisation, which is still active in parts of Syria.
