Ferguson Scandal: Corporate Closures Follow Epstein File Revelations

Ferguson Scandal: Corporate Closures Follow Epstein File Revelations

Six companies tied to Sarah Ferguson face strike-off procedures after newly released US documents detail her past contacts with Jeffrey Epstein

Companies move toward dissolution – Six companies connected to Sarah Ferguson, former wife of Prince Andrew, are moving toward closure following revelations about her past contacts with Jeffrey Epstein.
According to Companies House, requests have been filed to strike off each company after new details emerged from millions of US documents released as part of the Epstein files. Ferguson was listed as the sole director of the six companies: S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd and Planet Partners Productions Ltd. The Ferguson Scandal has intensified scrutiny of her business and charitable activities.

Emails revealed in document releases

Documents published last month show Ferguson allegedly writing to Epstein: “I am at your service. Just marry me.” In an email exchange dated September 21, 2011, she wrote that she had learned from Andrew that Epstein had had a son. “Even though we haven’t spoken, I am still here with love, friendship and congratulations for your baby. Sarah xx,” the message read. In a follow-up email, she criticized him, writing: “You disappeared… I didn’t even know you were expecting a baby. It was so clear you were my friend only to get to Andrew. And that hurt me deeply. More than you can imagine.” Many of the exchanges are dated after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution, adding further weight to the Ferguson Scandal narrative.

Past messages and charity fallout

Further disclosures show that in 2009 Ferguson thanked Epstein for being the “brother” she “had always wanted” and later apologized “humbly” to her “dear friend” one month after publicly distancing herself from him in 2011. Earlier this month, her charity Sarah’s Trust announced it would close “for the foreseeable future” after details of her relationship with Epstein emerged. Seven additional charities, including Teenage Cancer Trust, cut ties and revoked Ferguson’s patronage.
The Ferguson Scandal also affected publishing plans: a new book release was canceled last autumn and thousands of copies were destroyed after she lost the royal title of Duchess of York.
